Extremely clean and centrally located hotel.
Our honeymoon was marred by a night of loud music from a private rooftop party. Despite the promise of a lovely stay, we found the bathroom design thoroughly non-functional and the lighting dismal. Opening the window was hindered by the blinds, and we ended up missing our car rental reservation due to a restless night. This experience dampened what was supposed to be a romantic getaway.

Save your time
Delightful experience with a fantastic rooftop offering stunning city views! Excellent staff and a very comfortable atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had great options, but missed a few staples. The room was clean and well-designed, though bathroom layout wasn't ideal for privacy. If you value location and style, this place is worth it!

Beautiful room, spacious shower, with a rooftop pool offering stunning views over the city skyline, and the 24-hour reception that made check-in and any inquiries incredibly easy.

The hotel offers a fantastic atmosphere with an art deco style that reflects the vibrant shopping and bar area nearby. Rooftop dining was a highlight, offering impressive views, and the breakfast spread included delicious smoked fish. the twin room's shower layout lacked privacy, and the small pool didn't always provide a comfortable swim during hot days. While the location was perfect for exploring the city, the room felt cramped at times.

The rooftop terrace offers spectacular sunset views, making for an unforgettable evening with well-crafted cocktails. The modern decor throughout the hotel creates a lively ambiance, complementing its prime location for both shopping and sightseeing.
Room layouts can feel cramped, particularly for longer stays, and privacy may be an issue with glass doors separating bathrooms from sleeping areas. The small rooftop pool barely accommodates for a swim, presenting more of a decorative feature than a functional space.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room for three nights. The location is fantastic, right on Gran Via, making it easy to explore Madrid. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views, definitely a highlight. Cleanliness stood out. everything felt new and fresh. The staff at check-in helped us smoothly transition to our room, which was cozy with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the pool area, perfect for a quick dip after a long day, although it felt quite small and could get busy. One downside was the air conditioning, which didn't really cool the room properly, even when set to the lowest temperature.
